On 3 August 2023 at Ponlok Khmer Office, Ponlok Khmer hold a monthly meeting led by management committee there are 17 staffs (5 women) which is a potential tool for organizational monitoring to monitor indicator results applying to the strategic.
As results, all members got understanding on activity and budget plan by projects about efficiency, effectiveness which is the main outcomes in result framework and some challenges to increase work performance to achieve goal.
