Ponlok Khmer organized its annual reflection with participation from all staff members and core members of CNA total 35 people. Workshop conducted 27-29 November 2014 at Skyway Hotel in Siem Reap Province.
The workshop reflected instituation policies implementaiton, the results, achievements and challenges that PKH and CNA have in 2014 and planning for 2015. During this workshop today, it showed that PKH and CNA were played active role in supporting to affected communities of land grabbed and land conflict solution in Preah Vihear Province. Moreover, PKH have look backed the results of programme implementation on capcity building and adovocacy, land tenure secutiry for CF communities and IP Communities development and strengthening community network.
PKH and CNA are preparing their annual opperational plan for 2015. The workshop focussed on staff capacity building plan and program areas plan.
